Genting Rewards is free and quick to join so you can start earning points right away. Just ask for a card at reception.

On the slots or electronic gaming machines all you need to do is insert your card before you start playing. For games such as Roulette and Blackjack just hand your card to the member of staff when you start to play. While you are playing, you'll accumulate points.

For food and drink purchases simply hand over your card when you come to pay and the points earned will automatically be credited to your account.

The points you have earned can then be exchanged for rewards from slots and gaming table plays, food and drink, gifts and shopping vouchers.

Slots and Electronic Roulette

• You can earn points each time you play on slot machines or electronic roulette - just remember to have your card inserted into the machine whilst playing to collect points.

Table Games

• You can earn points when you play at any of our tables, just remember to hand over your card when you start to play.

Food and Drink

• You can earn points when you purchase food & drinks from our bars and restaurants. Hand over your card when you come to pay.

You can view your Genting Rewards Points balance by inserting your card into the i-kiosk - the first main screen on view – the HOME screen - will show your latest points balance and e-cash balance if you have one.

Redeeming Genting Points is simple. You can redeem your points for table bets, slots and electronic roulette bets, food and beverage, plus gifts and store Table bets

• To redeem your points for table bets insert your card into the i-kiosk and at the bottom of the screen press the ‘Spend Your Points’ button. Then press the ‘Gaming’ button and pick which bet amount you would like to redeem your points for. Once the machine prints your voucher, you can take it directly to the table and play it immediately.

Slots and Electronic Roulette bets

• To redeem your points for slots and electronic roulette bets, insert your card into the machine of your choice and with the touch of a few buttons, you can convert your points into credits for that machine

Food and Drink

There are two ways to redeem your points on food and drink.

• Simply present your card when you come to pay and ask a member of the hospitality team to use your points towards the cost of your bill. You can pay the full amount in points or combine them with cash to make full payment.
• Insert your card into the i-kiosk and press the ‘Spend Your Points’ button and then press the ‘Food & Beverage’ button and pick the voucher amount you would like to redeem. The machine will print your voucher, which you can present to a member of the hospitality team when you come to pay your restaurant or bar bill. The voucher can pay your bill in full or as part payment if you wish.

Gifts & Store Vouchers

• To redeem your points for gifts or store vouchers, insert your card into the i-kiosk and at the bottom of the screen press the ‘Spend Your Points’ button. Then press ‘Gifts or Store Vouchers’ and pick which item you want to redeem your points for. Once the machine prints your voucher take it to the cash desk where they will hand over your store vouchers immediately or order your gift for you. Gifts can be collected at the casino if you wish.

E-cash (electronic cash) is a simple and convenient way to play the electronic machines in the casino without carrying cash or coins around with you.

You make cash or debit card payments at the cash desk to add ‘e-cash’ onto your reward card. You can then insert your card into any gaming machine and use the e-cash to play. Any winnings or credit on your card can be transferred back into normal cash by presenting your reward card back at the cash desk. Or if you prefer you can leave the credits as e-cash on your reward card to use again in the future.

If you lose your reward card we can replace the card once we have correctly identified you in our system. We can only restore e-cash to your new card that is available at the point in time you notified us that your card was lost.

You can use your Genting Rewards card and collect and redeem points at any of our clubs that have the loyalty scheme.

As a Genting Rewards member you also get access to special offers and prize draws. Plus by inserting your card into the i-kiosk you also have access to special offers.

You can use your Genting Rewards card in any of our other casinos that have the loyalty scheme and access the offers that the casino is running. Just insert your card into the i-kiosk to see what is on offer.

Your Genting Rewards card is also your membership card so you just need the one card when you visit.
